Usage Rights

Copyrights of the photograph shall remain with the photographer at all times. However, all entrants agree to grant Black and White Spider Awards and its owner World Photographic Arts Corporation permission to use the work for promotional purposes, in any of their publications including book|BASIL and The PHOTO PAPER Magazine, electronic media or printed materials, including web site, online galleries, publications, calendar, yearbook, catalog, program book, trade show and exhibition visuals, and marketing materials, for a period of three years from the Nominations & Winners Presentation, without further permission or remuneration. Entrants also understand the work may be published in affiliated newspapers, magazines and periodicals, solely for the purpose of promoting the work, the photographer, and the Black and White Spider Awards.
